High Pardon Request (Smytheroo) - Explanation?

I got a "No support" and a "Denied," but no explanations whatsoever.

Would just like to clarify: the chance to get a pardon is a privilege, not a right. You don't have to meet a certain criteria for a pardon, nor is there a certain criteria that will prevent your application from being denied.
