Selling PSN Account

i have an old account on PSN called speedcolaaddict its based off the fact i played a lot of cod5 zombies i really liked it. anyways, im not sure what it has on it maybe a couple dollars in psn points or something but it has, BF 1943, Wolfenstein3D, and a couple killzone 2 map packs.

I'm Not sure how to check my purchase history, my ps3 is offline now and i cant update so if someone knows how to check it another way i can take pictures...
