Please unban me

So, it's been a while, and I've been wondering if I can come back to sythe.

Here's a previous "plea" of mine, to get unbanned:

I've tried repaying the guy the low amount he was scammed of by someone else who was on my account, but to no avail. (I haven't been able to contact him, and by now, I've forgotten who he is).

I'm just asking if I can get my privileges to re-join sythe.

I bought a significant amount of gold after the "scamming" took place, and even after I was banned (users who dealt with me knew I was banned, and posted on my vouch thread).

Please reconsider my banishment.

TL;DR: I'm legit, and have tried to refund the guy, but he hasn't been on, and I'd like to get involved with sythe again.
