1. You are overpaying
2. half/half is 99% always a scam
3. You don't say you will use an OMM
4. It's a badly written thread.
5. Using paypal with a newcomer.

I recommend that nobody trades with this guy! If I get a infraction for this, well then I hope it helps people not get scammed!
