I just found a thread on the Runescape forums made by a J Mod where he says that they're going to remove dice so all dice clans and games get shut down. This is to stop people gambling which is illegal, even more so with most of the Runescape community being far too under-age. This will also stop a lot of RWT. Go check out the thread made by the mod on the Runescape forums for full details, he explains it all on there and how we can stop it from happening.
