    Need Help Cannot Make New Account!
    Hello there, im trying to make a new account, but it says i cannot do so because im assuming my brother already has an account from our computer and since its the same IP address it wont let me make an account. I would really like to become a member of Sythe, so if someone could please help me out i would appriciate it a whole lot.

    Need Help Cannot Make New Account!
    Hop on another IP address or use a proxy. The filter cannot be bypassed, unfortunately.
