    as u no u can get 2 ores should i wear it whilst powermining iron doing m1d1

    Does the two ores give you two amounts of xp, or just one? If just one, then no. Because you're powermining, if it does, then wear it.

    Yes, you will get xp for both ores.

    It takes a lot less time to drop 1 extra ore than it takes to mine it.

    Hence it will benefit you if you use the armour to get double ores.
