VPS botting iDungeon (RsBuddy)

Firstly, I apologize if this isn't in the correct section, as I wasn't sure where to put it. It does include VPS help, which there is a sticky for, but also normal botting help, so my bad if I'm in the wrong.

Basically, I'm looking to run two accounts using the iDungeon script from rsbuddy. I would be looking to run these bots on a VPS from photonvps.

I have made up my mind in regards to the server package:

* How can I run rsbuddy on a linux?
* Will the package aboe allow me to bot two accounts at once?
* Have you had any experiences botting dungeoneering? If so, were they good? Using what bot?

Estimated time for 80 dungeon?
Starting with 1 dungeon, 40 att, 40 str.

Idk about the VPS part of your question, but i personally have 2 idungeon auths/accounts and its a wonderful bot gotten myself around 6m exp in total on 3 accounts,it's pretty flawless but sometimes does randomly shut it down so i would suggest checking it every 3 hours or so. and also, 1 bot typically uses about 500mb-1gig of ram so that should help with the VPS selection

 

Note that you do not need multiple auths for multiple accounts anymore. iDungeonPro was extremely good but recently bugs have been messing it up. You will only really need to check it twice a day though.

Awesome. I'm hoping to get some kinda use out of it soon. I'd be willing to buy everything today. But I need to find out how to put RsBuddy on a VPS (Linux).

Easy to run idungeon on linux, when ordering ask for "Cent os 32bit" for operating system and you can use Kero's guide in my sig.

Afterwards you just open firefox browser on your vps, download rsbuddy to desktop and to run it open console and type "cd Desktop" "Java -jar RSBuddy.jar"

from there it will be standard log in procedure. Any problems don't hesitate to ask me.

 

You need at least 2gb ram to run rsbuddy client alone on linux vps, I have the 1gb ram seerhost vps and I can't even run the rsbuddy client, only the powerbot.

 

Didn't know that at all, I run 24GB ram lol so I never have a problem.

I followed it, and it has worked for me.

 

I don't really know anything about the VPS, but I can say that botting dung is awesome. I've got 5 accounts with 80+ dungeoneering, all of them using Idung.

 

Awesome. So it looks like iDungeon is the one for me. Now I just need the help on the VPS. Size etc.

I'd be tempted. But I haven't actually heard anything about seerhost.

 

I think you should also look at Produngeon by paradigm, while it gets less exp than IDung and still has a few glitches, it's MUCH more stable in the long run, and i've had countless 15hour proggies.

I doubt warp 2 will be enough. There's a reason RSBuddy doesn't come installed on our Bronze plan =p
