    there def no safe way, actually ivies are the fastest way, I did get 99 wc in f2p using willows, I got a secret spot =) also if you need wc powerleveling, I do run a wc service

    P2P, definitely ivies if you want fast EXP, my friend got it in a week (79-99)
    He botted 24/7 for it but there weren't a lot of bans by now.

    If you want EXP + Gold, go for Yews.

    Be careful for the bans ;)
