Is this site a scam?

My sister wants to be a screenwriter/actress when she grows up so she's been submitting scripts to online script contests. Most look legit but I can't get any info in this site other than the fact that a scientologist owns it.

Please tell me if you can see if it's legit or a scam; it charges a lot so I think it could be a scam.

 

The site looks pretty shit, but I can't really say if it's legit or not It kinda does to me but I probs wouldnt enter stuff.

I looked into some of the award winners and they do actually exist.
