What do you mean fishy? Can you be any more vague?

 

It can be for various reason.

Getting banned multiple times, getting hacked multiple times, backing on a OMM trade. Things like that.

Doesn't really mean they are not to be trusted.

You should PM moderators if you want to know a person's TWC reason.
