Some stamp related issues

Now, I'm trying to send a letter to USA. Are these international stamps. And the post office is closed at the moment.

I'd like to send the letter asap.

 

Then I suggest writing the letter now...getting the envelope all prepared and then buying the requisite stamps at the office once it opens.

 

Problem is its closed all day. There is a mail bin thing down the road where I always put my mail in.

 

No way of contacting via the net or phone? If not and it needs to be there asap I suggest waiting til it opens then shipping overnight because if you just droped it in it would take a few days to get to the us.
