Charge back questions

Hey, i was thinking about going into the pin/gold sellers market an start buying an selling RSGP, there is just the fact that Im not too fond on the whole paypal charge back situation. I also have WU but it seems that most of the top gold sellers still use Paypal. I have a few questions which is pretty much going to decide if i get into this business or not. Any help would be much appreciated !:love:

1: Are charge backs a thing that you just live with, or is there any way of getting your money back.

2. How do you prevent being charged back, personally i have not found a 100% way to fix the problem an have read there is no way. Im simply asking if anyone has any infomation i myself have not found via google.

3. If you do just "live" with getting charged back, how do you make any money. Example: you sell 2b gold in 1 days for 15 cent more then you paid. which is $300. But you then go to buy 1b RSGP off a scammer and get charged back.. which is a loss of say $500. How the fuck dont you flip your desk an RAAAAAAGEEE !

I personally think that using WU to buy gold for large trades, and only using Paypal with trusted members would be the only prevention measure out there but im not the one with the RSGP experience. So im looking for tips of the actual pro's please.

Ahh, charge backs.

Well mate. Here's answers from my experiences.

Basically, whatever you say or do; YOU WILL NOT BEAT A CHARGEBACK. It is not done through PayPal therefor it's not their problem. It's run through the credit card company.

This is kind of hard. Only thing I'd say is do not trade with someone who has a PayPal that is Credit Card funded. Only use PayPal if trading with trusted people (who you deem)

Yep, happended to me a lot. Just gotta learn to live you're life. If you complain/worry about everything, then life will be dull.
If your account gets limited, which most of the time it does after charge backs. You can always withdraw the left over money after 180 days. I've currently got $100 which I can withdraw in like 150 days or so?

My Paypal is ran thro my Credit card, should i link to my bank or just leave it as is. Also thanks for the quick reply

Charge back is somewhat of a evil Invention i would use playerauction its really safe if you ask me

 

There are some ways to win it back , and you can find some guides which have been stickied already.

Basically when getting charged back.. your chances of winning it is quite low.

The best way is prevention just like all the major gold sellers who accept PayPal do and not accepting PayPal for large transactions.

 

i was wondering.. what happens if i make 2 paypal accounts. I recive the money on one of those accounts and simply transfer the money to the other paypal account which would act as the main paypal. Wouldn't that stop charge backs? and is there any way for the scammer to still get his money back even using this multiple paypal account method?

 

Tried this long ago, it's useless. They'll just hold the money or reverse the transaction.

Yes, thats why us sellers are willing to pay 10% + $2 to use PlayerAuctions.... the fees is mad high but its well worth it.

Unless you're willing to go through the process of logging your buyer's IP , calling them and getting their license.

Use player auctions to buy your rsgp. Safest way possible. Or use Western Union for bigger trades. Best methods!

 

Just deal with trusted people, that the best way to avoid a chargeback and try not to do massive deals unless they're one of those 120312 post mod guru 19023912 donator etc.

 

The whole point is that I am wanting to buy for lower then average price and selling for average prices like what the trusted people are doing. Seems most of the profit is from taking the risks of buying with non trusted people.
