Goldfarming help

Yeah, another goldfarming thread. I don't have fun playing anymore, so I'm thinking about goldfarming. Thing is, I have a beyond abysmal computer. I can run 1 bot, 2 bots tops with no other programs sapping my CPU. So I want to goldfarm on my main. What bots do you guys recommend? Are greens or frosts any good?

I'd recomend Kminer, if you have high level mining.

or wcer from rsbots.net, does a nice job.

wouldn't recommend auto sorc garden because of ban rate.

Green Dragons bot from what i hear is pretty good..never used it though.

 

Ur acc will get raped at frosts and if you bot at frosts you will definitely get reported. Greens aren't as good money as they were 2 months ago so that would be your best bet. You could use kminer and go lrc because ur stats suck except for your cb stats.

 

Frosts are a ban, and your combat stats are crap for them (and your dung doesn't meet req to get there)

Green dragons would be OK money, but getting a green drag bot to skull so you can kill them for loot is too easy :S

LRC is OK money, and with the massive amount of people chance of death is fairly low I suppose.

I would probably go with LRC.

 

Thanks guys. So frosts are a no-go, especiallyuntil I get higher combat/dung. If the ban rate is high, I don't want to risk it. The more I think about, the more I realize there will be high levels pissed that botters are stealing their dragons. :l

My mining is only 71 so I'll have to grind somewhere until LRC, but if it's worth it I don't mind. How much GP/HR are you guys getting there?

 

Frosts is actually really good, but the only good bot for it you'll find is in beta on rsbots.net.

LRC is probably only 170k an hr or something.. it's not good money for a main, green dragon would be better even.

 

I'd take 200k an hour at LRC (and decent mining XP) over doing a few hours at Frosts and getting my main banned.

And as I said about green dragons, I can easily get your bot to skull on me and kill it. If you don't believe me, 3 item with bandos plate, tassy and a whip and we will test it

 

In all honesty if you aren't playing anymore, it probably isn't worth your time to goldfarm for cash if you're only running one bot. After membership (and I don't know if you pay electric) and the time you put into it, the profit, if any, will be negligible.

If you are serious, I'd suggest learning the ropes with what you have now, then renting a VPS or buying another computer.

 

Ah I forgot to factor in that he doesn't even care about RS anymore!

Get your dung and CB stats up, go bot Frosts, get banned, and get away from this accursed game

 

Frosts are a big profit and are good for farming

 

Get your runecrafting up and buy the RC bot for rsbots.net pretty low detectability for banning and you can make a lot eventually

 

Get a VPS, virtual private server. You can run bots there without using your computer resources. It's rather cheap and pays for itself, you can start small with a 1gb and work your way up.

I'm coming up with a plan. As I'm not underage, I'm going to verify my Paypal with my bank account, then open a gold shop. I'll bot something safe with my main until I have enough to afford a cheap VPS, then gradually upgrade.

 

I started with a 1gig vps and now I have a warp 3 running 5 accounts atm. I would tell you my method but really its in my best interests to keep it quiet. Hint need 90+ combat and a couple quests and some agility for 380-450k an hour

 

Why dont you make a throw away account a game sorcgarden that way if you get banned you won't give a shit.. And in all honesty for how long it take to set up it pays well. Dont throw your main away you will regret it.

Straight from tutorial island it would take 2 days to make one, even less.. That is prince ali rescue then botting sorc garden for fruits till 65.

Yeah, sorc names are easy and only get banned every other month, and that's only sometimes.

Miner and hunter are good, you won't ever get banned really, not too hard to start up.

 

Blue dragons, green dragons..

When a level 3 member can make at least 500k, realistically 700k p/h tanning?
Edit: thinking about it, a level 3 running around tanning is quite suspicious; but its not unusual for a level 30 or so; and thats like a days combat botting...
