Kblade51 is a SCAMMER (mods please read)

Kblade51 is a scammer.

Here's the story: This person has sold me a RuneScape upgrade via phone. Of course, I had more vouches than him, so he went first to me. Everything looked smooth at first, so I bought another upgrade.

1 week later, I notice that my account is locked for having negative balance. It turns out that Kblade51 has chargebacked the upgrade (for those of you who don't know what chargeback is: he cancelled the cell phone bill).

Kblade51 has ignored me on MSN after he PROMISED to pay me back for this inconvenience.

On his Sythe profile, you can see that his last visit was CLEARLY today, in fact, he is very active on sythe, yet refuses to PM me back. Fishy?

Mods, please IP ban Kblade51. The way he scams can effect anyone.. even if he goes first to others. If Kblade51 gets banned, what is stopping him from making another account and repeating the same scam? Nothing.

This is why he needs to be banned (IP ban too if possible).
