Won't let me create Another account (IP used)

    Won't let me create Another account (IP used)
    When i tried to create an account, it came up saying 'this IP adress has already been used for the following accounts: Zerkielot'

    The owner of the account 'Zerkielot' is my brother in real life and we share the same IP but want different accounts to eachother, could you please allow me to create a new account so I can have a sythe account aswell as my brother, Thankyou.
