Is PlayerAuctions A Good Place to Sell Accounts?

So ive Recently quit runescape, i have a level 138 main with alot of 99's, which is worth quite abit of real life cash i'd say about $600+ but i dont want to sell on this site due to the amount of scammers, as playerauctions is safe for selling gold isit also safe for account sales?

Please only reply to this if you have used PA to sell your account or Know alot about them.

    Thanks :)
(Sorry if this is in the wrong section i didnt know where to post, if it is then can a mod please move it.)

You can try selling it on here to VERY trusted members, mods, & omms. If you are accepting paypal, they could easily charge back and you could easily recover the account. Meaning you would need to find someone who actually wants the account, considering you are not going to recover the account as long as he/she doesnt charge back.
