Fastest way to 60def with 10att/str?

whats the fastest way to get to 60 def with only having 10att/str? I want to wear full drag while i host dice wagers to stand out a bit, since people are skeptical to trade a lvl 3. Anyways im currently 40def and have been training on monks however im only managing 7.5k/hr...Are there any faster ways?

 

I did 40-75 Defence on Rock Crabs with 5 Attack and 10 Strength.

It took like 3-4 days all done legit, playing about 6 hours a day.

 

Soulwars fastest xp

 

I would say Soul Wars, or if you don't feel like that, and your members, use the Strong Hold, I always train all my accounts there. Chaos tunnels work too, alot of NPC's there.

 

Rock crabs until 30, then Soul Wars until 60.

 

I would recommend soul wars if you have 30 slayer because you can slay pyre fiends for def xp while spending zeal on additional def xp.

 

only 1 slay...ill go see how much xp per 1 zeal

 

Trust me, just farm up some zeal, 150 should easily be enough to 60 Defence from 40.

 

30 slayer would make it quicker but you can always AFK and still get zeal for defence xp. I trained 50-82 mage on my tank with SW and I didn't cast a single spell. I ranged in SW and then spent zeal for magic xp.

 

SW im botting a summ tank i botted like 3 days 20hrs and i started from level 1 and now im 70
