My i.p is banned?

ive just moved into an apartment and the nets included, i tryed starting a sythe account, it says my i.p is banned? please help me out here?

 

Chances are that you cannot register because another account has record of logging in from your IP. That filtering is done to limit spambots and cannot be avoided. Just register on a public PC, a mobile phone, a proxy, etc.

If it says your IP has been blocked by an administrator, that means your IP has been manually banned because a scammer has logged in on your IP address. If this is the case, you will need to post a new thread explaining that situation, so that an administrator's attention can be brought forth.
