Probably my final appeal

Hi once again,

Ok so I had 2 sythe accounts and my oldest matched a multiple scammers ips apparently. Now I was split between 2 houses and 2 ISP's and FireZ said that the 2 ISP's were both used on one of the scamming accounts "mikey191" I think or it was kiwiana, you should be able to find out by doing a search. Now please don't just say denied, if you do deny please give me an explination. Considering the fact I wasn't even using Sythe when these accounts reportedly scammed and one scammed with a credit card which I don't even have now nor did my parents. I had been thinking on how the ips could of matched on 2 ISP's and my only thoughts were back when I was making a RSPS I made a static IP and it would have been the same for both ISP's as I had to make it the same without editing the client, I shortly after got rid of my ip around about 1 month because it costed quite a bit. So now see if the ips were only matching for around 1 month or longer, if it's a lot longer then I really have no explanation as to how that could have happened other than if they lived near me. Also could more than one Mod please state their opinion.
