He refunded me after I posted this. I still think a twc should be issued instead of a ban.

Briefly explain the trade: I asked him if the guide had to do with a skill training service and he knew previously that I already had a skill training service open. After I asked if the guide had to do witha skill training service he said "Liverpool Sythe says
not really..." After i pay him the 7m price that we agreed on he sent me the file immediately. After I open the file I read it and its a two page guide on opening a dungeoneering skill training service.
How they scammed: They mislead me to the contents of the guide and blatantly lied to me.
Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: in screenshots./MSN is on his profile.
