RS Black Screen Problem?

So, I am getting a black screen when I click the 'Enter World' button. After the load everything is just black and I sit there and wait and nothing ever happens. I have tried closing my browser several times, deleting the cache and all stored RS info, tried the launcher (same problem) I updated java (twice, deleting the old versions). Any other ideas?

 

Did you ever restart your computer after reinstalling Java?

You can also try the RS client, unless that's what you meant by "tried the launcher". Which browser are you using? You can try updating your browser (Ex. Firefox 3.2 to Firefox 4).

 

FF, and I updated it, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, I have done everything I can think of but it still won't work. I have tried two or three different internet connections and my two accounts. No avail, I am not sure what the problem is.

 

I have the same problem on Chrome. Well, not totally the same. My Runescape screen goes blank randomly while playing. So I rather PK through a botclient.

 

Try Internet Explorer. If it is the same thing, something is wrong with your internet I believe.

 

try to load up in the lowest settings or w/e, i beleive when it is loading, hold ctrl+f, Might be ctrl+s, and it will put it in safemode, should fix it, if not, i have no idea.

 

Nope, solved it. I changed the graphic settings at the start menu and now it works.
