Yes, but not the debit form. I've tried getting cash out of a ATM but does not work. Does work for all internet trades.

with $350, $210, thats 60% of value, I would not pay until the value of the card was used, which would be no more then 2 days. Unfortunately Im leaving on vacation on thursday so we will have to trade when i get back which should be the 10th of april
