    Hi all,



    Looking to sell my RSC Blue partyhat. As I'm sure you all know, Jagex will soon be releasing a new cape for RSC veterans, as well as Capes of Achievement for those who have logged into RSC in the past. There has been much debate as to whether RSC will once again be reopened to the public to accompany the release of the capes, and Jagex has responded to queries with a "No Comment".
    Presumably, this means that RSC will be reopened to the public for a short amount of time! So, to conclude this short section, I've decided to sell a Blue partyhat in anticipation of the reopening.
