Kayosman - Disputing a ban.

Let me start by summarizing what has happened over the last week or so.

1) My password and recovery email were both changed on my account. I'm guessing an admin can confirm this.

2) I posted on the Account Recovery section that Kayosman was not under my control and could it please be watched. I had to leave for school at that time but I made it clear.

3) The person controlling Kayosman scammed, I believe, two people.

From the screenshot, you can see that the email was changed in my signature. I have people added on MSN such as just_un_dude and others that can confirm, hopefully, that I have the real email. This can also be confirmed as a previous email linked with the account.

I spoke with Gohan and he said that he would ban the account for me to prevent it scamming. Now I would like to go back on it. I have previous passwords and am on my normal IP. I also have the previous email and files used, such as banners for threads. I would appreciate it greatly if a mod would add me to talk on MSN:

I also don't think that I should need to reimburse these people, as I posted in the Account Recovery section before it occurred, yet no mod checked it. If I gave fair warning, then surely it is not my fault? I don't even have the funds to pay back, even if I thought I should.

I've been a respectable and helpful member of the community for a few years (the most recent example I can think of is sorting out pure_pl0x and Farcast's avatars for them, free of course). I have approximately 40 vouches that show my credibility.

 

You need to show that you paid back the $39 that was scammed.
