Kougar - scammer (Re-opened)

Another users thread claming Kougar is a scammer (Refer to both as I state the new evidence)

In Thread A Skele stated that he could not find a match to that email, on Thread B kougar in a PM states his msn email (http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/4357/scam2.png) which was the one used to scam me in thread A (Refer to the screenshots in thread A)

He also states his email here on his 'Levelling services'

Furthermore, I googled the account email and I found 'Kougar' applying to Join a clan under my steam account.

As seen in http://i55.tinypic.com/x1a6pj.jpg the username which I sent him was infact the one that 'Kougar' on this third party forum used to register for the clan. Notice how Kougar has the same name as on sythe and the same signature picture, that post for the clan was made on Mon Sep 13, 2010 7:07 pm, three days after he scammed me (09-13-2010, 09:22 AM). I later recovered the account using paypal proof via valve soon after that post was made as seen in his response, "my steam account has been stolen".

This should be enough to ban him, the email alone is enough evidence as Skele said.
