1. Payment terms will be agreed to on a case-by-case basis, but will generally be given upon completion of a task.
2. Bank value will be paid out when account is completed, not when a new item is acquired.
3. Duplicate unique drops will be paid out at G.E. value and cannot be removed from the account. If an item is removed I reserve the right to terminate the contract at no cost to myself.
4. If the account receives a permanent ban or permanent mute, the contract is voided and I owe nothing. I will be refunded for all costs and payments.
5. If the account receives a temporary ban or mute, I reserve the right to terminate the contract or continue. All future payments for services will be reduced by 25% to pay for damages for a temporary ban or 10% for a temporary mute. This includes bank value final payout.
6. If another account is created and linked to the Jagex Launcher by a party other than myself, the contract is terminated and no future payments will be required. This account could be recovered causing mine to be forever locked.
7. Payments will be made by LTC, BTC or ETH unless otherwise agreed.
8. I will provide all bonds, so there are no out of pocket costs for the account creator.
9. Completion timeframes on the account will be agreed upon between myself and the trainer. If the timeframes are not being met or the trainer becomes unresponsive for greater than 7 days, I reserve the right to terminate the deal. This will only be done at a last resort.
10. Account details will only be shared with the trainer(s). If wealth goes missing from the account the trainer(s) will be held liable and required to re-obtain items or contract termination.
