Forum descriptions

This is a small thing, and some might say it's unnecessary, but some of the forum descriptions use poor grammar. Correct grammar makes a forum look more professional in my opinion, and just overall better.

The RuneScape Markets' description:

The Runescape Market. Contains account sales, gold sales, and much more.

It contains (no pun intended) two incomplete sentences.

A much better and more accurate description:

Buy, sell, and trade RuneScape accounts, gold, and much more.

There's no need to restate the obvious. We know it's the RuneScape market. The word "contains" is also a poor choice of words.

I would gladly rewrite every description if they would actually get used, or be of use to an admin.

 

I've never really looked at them, however I do support that grammar should be checked around, according yo your findings.

 

It seems like a minor tweak that may be needed to improve the quality of the descriptions. To be honest though, I never even glance at the descriptions and I don't know many people that do. It may not affect much, but I bet everyone would agree with you.

 

An un-needed fix :/
Unless there is a typo, no support.

The current descriptions get their point across as is.

 

I'm 50/50 on this. As nice as it would be to correct all the grammatical errors, it would also be a pain in the ass for an admin to do, I'm sure. Either way I doubt it'll get done so I'm closing this.
