If you look at the posts on his vouch thread, one from xBleed said:

Yet in X D L's signature where he's listed some of his vouches, the one from xBleed says:

First, he changed the value from 1M to 40M. Second, he changed it from "he went first" to "I went first."


The same thing happened with a vouch from mmorpg.

Now he didn't change the value from 1M to 500M, but regardless, it's still against the rules.
