Tyrant Bonaparte

First off, I had made a thread in the RS Gold Buying section and received a PM from Tyrant Bonaparte shortly after saying he'd sell me the amount I wanted. I added him on MSN and discussed a deal.

First, take note of the e-mail he asked to send it to. Notice how it says he's a premier account...I thought that meant he was verified:


I then completed payment and had him confirm that he received it. However, he changes his story saying that it's under review and I begin thinking maybe my bank had just not finished the payment yet...this was not the case as it's now in my bank statement (won't screen that for obvious reasons).


I then provide him a screenshot of the transaction showing completed and gave him the option of canceling the order, or delivering the money and figuring out how to get my money on his time. He refuses and goes offline after claiming he has to go to bed.


Here's the interesting part. Remember when I said take note of his PayPal email? Look at his vouches in his signature.



Either it's a stolen Paypal, or his vouches are fake. Considering all of the posts in his vouch thread are within 15 minutes (a couple bil of sales, mind you), I'm leaning towards fake vouches. It also doesn't help that EVERY POST he quoted leads to topics that don't exist.
