Was scammed and then banned :/

My account got stolen and i made a recovery post to get it back, no1 answered me and then few days later i saw a post on my thread that my account has been banned and i can't register with this IP anymore.
like WTF i've been here since 2005 and never done nothing wrong and now i'm getting banned because of some guy stole my account - which i will be responsible so take this thread as an apology and. I know my accounts recovery phrase and you can check, i have always had the same IP as now.
Please add me on msn or answer my post ASAP. Have some unfinished deals to be done

You are responsible for what happens on your account. And I find it highly unlikely that you had not been on your account in over a year, then randomly within the same week you try to "recover" it, and simultaneously it is "hacked" and used to scam with.
