He's encouraging illegal activities. Basically, he's having people rent 3 DVDs/Video Games from Blockbuster, and then not returning them, aka stealing.

Also, is it against Sythe rules to be a member of Hack Forums? Click on his video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0yao204fTD0) and listen to the first 11 seconds. He says he's Baller12 from Hack Forums (Also, baller12 from "Sith").
