    Okay so I have an 85 of EVERY melee class (incl. enh shammy), I've never really like 'casters', so I figured I'd go for a hunter and see how I enjoy that to hopefully one day appreciate long range fighting lol.

    Unsure as to which race though, my main focus atm is troll, I would strongly enjoy the haste racial which is why I'd pick it, but they're just so god damn ugly..

    I'm only using horde so yeah, can I get people opinions?

    No point in doing that as rocket jump and disengage share CDs.
    Best hunter race is troll for attack speed racial.

    Troll is for sure the best race for a Hunter. They have the attack speed increase racial which is great for the class!

    I rolled a dwarf hunter for the gun spec, but I've always wanted a troll.. or worgen, nice increased crit.

    I like Worgen hunters but they aren't on the list :O it's cool because they have that feral intensity of the creatures they hunt.

    I'd go Goblin for pvp (the jump is a helpful kiting aide) and troll for pve
