ancient effigy?

So I just got one of these, what the eff is it(sorry bout the pun)
I know it give you exp somehow but if I use assist because I don't have 91 agility or crafting can I then still use the dragonkin lamp?

Basically you need to find people to assist you if they have the required level for a skill, then once you get all the skills you need assistance with, you get xp for whatever skill you want

 

still get xp if u get an assist

Orite ancient effigys are pre cool if u can complete them
what u need to do is find people to assist u i think it is 4 times
untill u get the lamp
if u cannot find someone to assist u and u get tired
of walking around asking just go to the guy in varrock musuem
and he gives u a 5-10k exp lamp for it
