    OopwnedoO Scammed me for $31.50.

    He said he was selling 42mill; and verified cash ingame and linked/Pm'ed on sythe to his vouch thread.



    I sent Payment on PayPal via gift. As seen here.

    He waited for Payment to come through; and then logged on both runescape and MSN.

    Please Ban this Scammer?
