EDIT: He says his PP got locked and that's why the reverse happened. This scam report is being held until further notice. I'll bump if I'm convinced he did try to scam after all. He's returned the money. Scam report dropped!

Yesterday I sold him 180m for 144$.

To clear up the 'refunded,' we had some problems with Paypal before and I had to refund his money twice before this. I can supply screenshots for proof.
