How to get a Virtual Bank account like Prepaid Gift card?

I know that we can buy a VCC from any store like Wallmart,safeway etc
But do anybody know how you can get a Virtual or prepaid Bank account which can be used for the purpose of verifying Paypal?
Do anybody have any experience with the same or know more about it,thanks.

 

There's been two methods I've known over the years, both patched. Paypal will also most likely limit your account if you use one.

 

^ Answered; the cards were patched because of the amount of issues it causes on the account and compatibility with paypal.

 

This sucks then because my Paypal sending limit is maxed out and I can't add a bank account because I'm not legally old enough to apply for a checking/savings account...

 

There is like walmart cards which give you a roughting number and account number idk if you can still use that for paypal theres also piggy bank some kind of online sitw that you can use. Im sure if you just google some it will show you more

 

Yeah those a sorta like prepaid cards. Those cannot work. ALL prepaid cards do not work besides those given by bank and credit card companies. Its the update they had.

 

Actually, thats not true at all. I went and bought a $25 Visa Vanilla Gift Card the other day and used it to "link a debit or credit card" on paypal. Now I just need a way of doing the same for a bank account.
