    Paypal isn't very safe.
    It's one of the least safe methods used here, so only use it if you absolutely trust the person you're trading with.

    I thought it was impossible to get back your money if you claim and canceled without a cc?

    Also How safe is playerauctions?

    depend how you make payment on paypal , and playerauction is like ebay for online games also need verification on it sorta like identification for the site 8)
