Requesting unban of Agent Marshall

I was banned for "admitting to counterscamming"

The post for which I was banned definitely looks like this but here's why I should be unbanned:
Although the post indicates it was a scam, I had given the full story of what happened in another post and it clearly was not a scam.

Basically the scenario was that someone switched on the weapon slot at the last second in a mage box (before the update), but I accepted anyway because I felt I was more prepared. He has SoL, but I had SoL and EE, allowing me to win with relative ease.

Going along with a scammer for your own profit has never been against the rules here on sythe and has even been encouraged by members of the community:
-banking stuff/telegrab while being lured
-showing "money doublers" large amounts of cash and getting them to double small amounts, then leaving

If these activities are allowed, then what I did is certainly not against the spirit of the community, and if anything, protects everyone (and the rest of runescape) from one more scammer.

I probably should have made this clear in every post and promise in the future to avoid such ambiguity. I hope to be able to be able to continue in this community, as I am just getting started but have already had a few great experiences trading here.
