Request for a High Pardon

Hello Everyone,

After a while of activity here on Sythe, I have decided to come clean on one flaw that has remained in my head throughout my participation on Sythe. It has now become overwhelming, thus, I am here...


Approximately two years ago; June 2009 I was banned on Sythe. My previous username was: Mr. Pencil . I was a well known firecaper with about 60+ Vouches.It all began when a user by the name of "Bleedingstar." approached me to do a firecape for him and I accepted.The details of the story aswell as pics can be found here :

After numerous ban appeals with the help of "Grave", it proved futile.I have learned my lesson for my rebellion against the said member and have also learnt to leave these types of situations for mods to investigate.Although i was banned for rebellion, the other member remained unbanned even though he scammed me by charging back the payment after we completed the trade.Although what has happened, i would still like to appologize to Bleedingstar. for ruining his account.

I remained inactive for a couple months, then I made a new sythe account with the username "Firecaper Poison".

Over the last few months, i've accumulated 36+ Vouches and over 8500$ in trades.Which can all be found here:

I made this thread in hopes that I can be forgiven for my prior actions and in the process clear my conscience.

I would sincerly like to thank everyone who has read this thread and hope that you can see it fit to forgive me for my past mistakes.

 

That is not the only trade you've screwed up on, you also sold me an account which you previously sold to another user without telling me, nor refunding the other user before you sold it.

He did refund us both afterword, but that is totally irrelevant because he still sold an account which was not his (didnt refund the other user), and did not warn me that it had been previously sold with all the recovery information given to the buyer.

No support, also, temp banned for now.

Whether or not he refunded us is irrelevant, he sold me an account that he knew he didn't own, because he still had Andrew's money. I should never have helped him get unbanned in the past, but I didn't see him as a danger until now. Seeing that he has a past history of this, and the fact that he has lied to me on numerous occasions make me come to the conclusion that he should not be allowed back on this site.

Thats my take on it, if he believes it to be biased, thats his problem.

Also, next time, tell him to give you a full screenshot so people can see what was said after that, he took that out of context to make me look bad.

What I don't understand is, if you deemed the account safe after your friend promised not to recover again, why would you even refund the guy and then resell? Not to mention you did not tell me the account was previously sold or that 2 other people had all the recovery information.

The account should not have been resold, you should have just given it back to the guy, or had at least made it clear that the account was previously sold.

Your trading habits are not only irresponsible, but very harmful to the members of this site.

Its still a no support from me, but should this user get his account re-instated, I would request that he at least have a TwC.

 

Twc or maybe a last chance usergroup?

 

Like I said, I wouldn't like to see this user unbanned, although, after some hard thinking, he hasn't been reported for any recent offences, so I suppose I could settle for a TwC and last chance usergroup.

 

Well he is unbanned now... so whats the deal?
