Summary of the Trade. I bought a one-month upgrade for . I went first. He was supposed to get me the upgrade my March 1st. He never went online. Today, he went online, and I messaged him. He refused to refund, or provide an upgrade because "*******s going down" is supposedly not his fault. I still believe that a refund is due.

Last note: in the screenshot, the L of his email is shown as a lowercase "l". I am not sure why this is. However, it can not be a capital I, because that looks slightly different on MSN. It can also not be the number "1", because there is a difference between that as well.
