after someone over bid me for an account.... that's harmless i didnt say THIS THREAD SUCKS OR w/e which i'd say deserves an infraction.

i bid 25 cents and he bid 26

he infracted me for that and didnt even PM me to tell me i happen to go into the Report a Spammer section and notice ive been infracted.

The other guy reported my other posts too.... but i knew this fool would probably INFRACT me for all and id get banned so i deleted them and he says "oh he deleted his posts... ill let it slide"

Also i reported the guy (the guy that reported me not the Mod) for calling me
"Queer" and i notice my report has been deleted
i even looked in the archives and still it was deleted

How is that fair? ive posted in the Dispute forum... but im afraid he's going to delete that too

You were spamming. Just chill out, it's only an infraction, it should be gone in a couple of weeks.

Your post was infracted for you were not wishing to buy the account and posting as if it were a joke. The post above with the content of '25 cents' should have also been infracted, but since you were already infracted on the thread, I'm certain he didn't feel the need to give you 2 infractions.

I would have done the same. Your infracted is warrented.

You bid 25 cents and the post wasn't infracted. The content of 'too rich for my blood' had nothing to do to contribute to the thread and therefore was infracted for spamming.

As for the infraction, it was issued for spamming, and it was deserved.

That probably shouldn't happen; in general, you should only be infracted once for each rule violation in a given thread, unless it's intentional and completely out of line. (Ie, you shouldn't be infracted for spamming twice in the same thread, but you can be infracted for flaming in one post and spamming in another.)
