Actually it takes me about one minute to look up if someone has an account on a website that supports hacking... Oh, and 2 things:
1. You should always take the necessary precautions before trading with someone, no matter how long that takes.
2. If the person you are trading with is in a rush, that may be one sign that he/she is a scammer. Just calmly tell them to either wait patiently, or leave. Better safe than sorry

Well, a lot of it is punctuation. To fix several of the sentences, you would have to reword them. For example:

Before - "What vouches does he have, some smart scammers wants to get many cheap vouches, check his vouches, check the people he traded with, contact the people which he used to make the biggest trades."[/I]

After - "Always be sure to check his/her vouches. Several scammers try to acquire a large amount of vouches through cheap trades to appear trusted, such as runescape upgrades. To find out, simply look through his/her vouch thread (if there is one) and read each vouch. If the message doesn't say what the vouch was for or the cost, then click the little button at the top-right of the quote box, and you will be redirected to where the vouch was made. If he/she completed any big trades, it wouldn't hurt to chat with the person they traded with about how the trade went."

IMO you got the main point across, but it was slightly harder to read than normal. Several times it seemed like you overused the comma. Instead of inserting commas everywhere, try using a comma followed by a coordinating conjunction and an independent clause.
EXAMPLE:

Before - "Make sure that a MM/OMM is not an imposter, check his contact details very closely, contact him via private message and ask him to send you a confirmation message."

After - "Make sure that an MM/OMM is not an impostor. Check his contact details very closely, and contact him via private message asking him to send you a confirmation message."

Another thing you could do to reduce the amount of commas in your thread is to change it to a period.
EXAMPLE:

Before - "Look at his joining date, if he is registered on sythe for atleast 1-2 years - that's perfect, if 11-6 months or more - not bad, if less than 6 months - he is not an old member, and you should get more information about him."

After - "Look at his join date. If he is registered on sythe for at least 1-2 years - that's perfect; if 11-6 months or more - not bad; if less than 6 months - he is not an old member, and you should get more information about him."
