    Achpoques is 100% correct, however to be more accurate, Tyrant has NUMEROUS unverified paypal accounts, and will not hesitate in ripping you off. Id go so far as to say don't trade at all. You will not get paid for your gp, or receive any if you attempt to buy from him.
