Fighter Hat vs Neiznot/Slayer Helm

What is the purpose for a fighter hat?

When your level 130+ all they really do combat wise is pking, slayer, and bossing.

For pking fighter hat is too much time to lose (neiznot is better), for slayer a slayer helm is better, and for bossing a neiznot/torva/barrows is better to use.

Why do I see lvl 130+'s walking around with fighter hat, torso, tassy?

 

some like it for its look, But it also gives a good attack / slash bonus like the warrior helm?

but doesn't look at gay as the warrior helm

Eh. With a legit team, it seems like no time because your focusing on getting the wave done. The part that makes it long is when you have to wait on noobs, or you get a shit score because of noobs.

 

They wear it because it has the best stab attack bonus in the game for the helm slot. That's why you see it a lot with people who use rapier, or at Corporeal Beast. It's better than Neiz in most if not all situations.

How long does it take to get in comparison to torso?

 

I wear it on my main cause it's rare

 

I believe it's 275 Honour points in all roles, whereas a Torso is 375 Honour points in all roles.

all depends on the team

i got my 700 defender points in like 1 hour
while the 700 collector points took 4 hours because the attacker had autism or something
