Hello again, I've always had some questions about runescape that I have never asked before they are all pretty basic but here they are

What is the MAX gp you can obtain before it stops counting?

If your range and strength level are the same can you do the same damage with equal items, rune arrows/rune weapons etc...?

How can you get 99 magic and still have 10 HP?

You can, depending on the gear your wearing (but melee hits higher)

Using non damage spells, like entangle, alching, teleporting etc..

Most of the time people get 99 magic with 10 hp by using soul wars and then spend the zeal on magic exp.

About the magic quest they just do zeals or just mage skills that not give hp xp like teleporting super heatinh, alching etc

No but it doesn't matter, since range hits less, but faster.

How can you get 99 magic and still have 10 HP?

Soul Wars, Pest Control, Cursing, High Alching, Enchanting, too many ways to list really.
