Need Someone to photoshop something will pay

well i can offer some rsgp is someone can look at this pic for me and remake one in photoshop black & white is fine brother is in jail and always asks me to photoshop it...i just downloaded it and i will drive my self crazy learning to use it
it dont have to be exact same as the pic i think the nb things looks a little bit weird if you can just make it look the same but better lol?
