I was doing a trade ... And then the buyer didnt put the note , I refunded him. and he said the money didnt recieve his balance nor bank Proof that i refunded : Any help guys ?
So basically what your saying is that you sent the payment back, and he is saying that he didn't receive the payment? I'm also guessing that he has the good that you gave him for the $60 in paypal? If this is the case then I would say that he/she is possible trying to scam you out of the $60. I guess there could be a slight possibility that their was a malfunction in paypal, but I highly doubt it. If he doesn't send the agreed amount of money for the trade you guys were having, then if you have the required information than you can more than likely get him banned unless he shows proof in which he didn't actually receive a refund.
