max it out (99 mage range str) get around 85-99 hp, get 50-60 att (50 att if u wanna obby, 60 for claws)

 

Get as high strenght as you can then sell it.

 

if you wanna make it a staker get high defence and attack or get high defence and range

 

1 attack is enough for an obby maul, I think you ment a Granite one
