4 years since last played

I haven't played RuneScape for pretty much 3 or 4 years, and I just recovered my account a couple of days ago and I logged on and I was a bit confused, the lumby landscape changed and I can't figure out how to sprint. There's probably a some threads out there, but could you guys update me on the major changes and how to sprint? thanks.

also, what's the current market price for full rune armor?

Click on foot, where it says your running energy right top of the screen.

 

A rough outline of new things added to the game:

Soul wars
God wars
Stealing Creations
Tears of Guthix
Dungeoneering skill
Plenty of new weapons, armors, and monsters added that i wont even go into.
Grand Exchange
You missed the entire no free trade/ bounty hunter Era.

Also, full rune is 140k.

 

Hate to burst your bubble but running came out at the start of RS2 way back in 04 - some 7 years ago, so I hope no one has hacked your account etc.

 

I said 4 years ago. I already knew that there was sprinting, I just didn't know because of the new updates. I started playing RS2 in like '05/06.
